Allyship

“Allyship” is a word we’ve heard a lot more about in recent years. When you’re a part of a majority, say you’re a man in a male-dominated industry, what’s the best way to support your female colleagues who face sexism or discrimination? Or if you’re a white person in a predominantly white organization, how can you best support the needs of those who are not white?
