The "Unsinkable" Titanic might have sunk without a trace had it not been for a recent technology known as Marconi waves. Using wireless telegraphs, Marconi operators and ship captains pulled together one of the largest maritime rescues that had ever been seen and rescued over 700 people from the RMS Titanic.
