Does a day full of Zoom meetings exhaust you more than a day of face-to-face meetings? Researchers at Stanford have been studying the rise of Zoom fatigue this last year and have just published their more detailed results yet about why video conferencing is often more exhausting. Jeff Hancock says women experience more Zoom fatigue than men. Hancock is the founding director of the Stanford Social Media Lab.
