Super Soldier Ethics

The US military is actively developing ways to hack into the brains of soldiers to make them better at the work of soldiering. This might mean implanting a device in a soldier’s brain so he can control a drone with his thoughts. And the video feed from that drone might stream right into the soldier’s optic nerve. University of Pennsylvania professor Jonathan Moreno and other ethics experts have been hired to make sure they're thinking through the pros and cons of creating "supersoldiers."
