Women all over the world are having a lot fewer babies today than they were fifty years ago. That’s partly because of family planning, but reproductive epidemiologist Shanna Swan says it's also due to men and women becoming less fertile. Shanna Swan is a professor of environmental and public health at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York, and her new book called “Count Down” is about the fertility problem.
