Terrorist Designation

At least six people charged in connection with the riot at the US Capitol last month are members of the Proud Boys–a far-right nationalist group based in the United States. But the extent of the Proud Boys' involvement in organizing the attack on the Capitol is unclear. The link, however, was enough to prompt the Canadian government to put the Proud Boys on its list of foreign terrorist groups. Eric Jensen of Brigham Young University is an International law expert.
