Telemedicine has been around for a while, especially for remote areas where doctors aren’t easy to access. But since the pandemic, telehealth has become a lot more common, even for visits with doctors right in the same town. Philip Phan–a professor of business and medicine at Johns Hopkins University–hopes that telehealth continues to be more common in the US after the pandemic eases. (Originally aired Aug 27, 2020)
