Electricity from Skin Can Power Smartwatch

There’s a lot of good info that a fitness tracker or smartwatch could gather about your health if you wore it while you sleep. But that’s when you have to take it off and charge the battery. But what if your wrist was the charging dock for your watch since skin can conduct electricity? Then you’d never have to take it off.
