As parents, we often complain about how our kids are addicted to their mobile devices. But sometimes we may also be guilty of staring at screens for too long. Our time-consuming cell phone and social media use could be even more damaging to home and family life than our children’s obsession with Kim Kardashian’s Instagram story.
