COVID-19 cases are surging again after being on the decline for months. How will the pandemic finally end? Will it end? What’s to stop the COVID virus from just continuing to mutate its way around any efforts to contain it? Earth has beaten other pandemics, even without vaccines, in the past. How’d that happen?
