Love Movies? Need Therapy? Cinema Therapy on YouTube is for You

People have spent more time watching movies and more time in therapy during the pandemic. So that helps explain why a free YouTube channel that combines them also took off last year. It’s called Cinema Therapy. Family therapist Jonathan Decker and his filmmaker friend Alan Seawright pick a movie and use it as an entry for talking about relationships and emotional health.
