In August of 1920, the 19thamendment was ratified, ending a 41-year debate over granting women the right to vote. Now, over 100 years later, and the fight for creating equal rights continues to evolve in hopes of creating a nation in which all men and women are created equal. So, what does equal rights advocacy look like in 2021? What can we do to help honor the sacrifices of the early suffragettes? Here to help answer these questions is Pat Pierce from the National Women's History Alliance Board of Directors.
