Aaron Rose is the third generation of a family that immigrated from Mexico and felt pressured to assimilate, so he was predominantly estranged from his Latino heritage during childhood. Now, later in life, he has worked on reconnecting with his cultural heritage and ancestors via the Day of the Dead. Along with developing professional overseas relationships, Aaron specializes in providing cross-cultural training and education abroad career mentoring to undergraduate students at BYU.
