Crops from the American Midwest are really important, supplying almost a third of the world’s corn and soybeans. New research shows those crops won’t need much more water, even though temperatures are rising. However, Bruno Basso–a Michigan State University professor of environmental sciences–says that doesn’t mean we’re out of the climate change danger zone, and we need more digital agriculture.
