More than 60 million Americans have at least one face-to-face contact with police a year. The age group most likely to have a police encounter are teenagers and people in their early 20s. She’s executive director of Strategies for Youth, which is a nonprofit that trains police departments to deal with adolescents more effectively. (Segment produced by Martha Harris)
