Common stereotypes would say “Millennials” place a higher priority on personal and family activities while their hard-working “Baby Boomer” parents or grandparents tend to see company loyalty as very important.  But, a team at Central Michigan University finds Millennials are a lot more willing than you might think to put work at their center of their lives.
