The Power of Yes

It’s easy to say no to our kids. And saying yes when they ask us to help with homework or teach them how to play a game usually means more work on our part. But Dr. Glenn Geher says that there is power that comes into our life when we answer yes to pleas for help from our family. Dr. Glenn Geher is a professor of psychology and the Founding Director of Evolutionary Studies at the State University of New York at New Paltz. His books include Mating Intelligence Unleashed, co-authored with Scott Barry Kaufman, and Measuring Emotional Intelligence.
