Two weeks ago, we made New Year’s Resolutions for 2021. Many of these resolutions likely included a goal to exercise with more frequency and regularity in the coming year. The question is, how many of us will stick to this resolution throughout the next 12 months? Maybe we’ve already lapsed in this goal after only two weeks.
