Government Regulation of Social Media

Paul Levinson, Ph.D., is Professor of Communication & Media Studies at Fordham University in NYC.  Social media is something we cannot avoid; it is part of our world. Last week, Facebook Founder Mark Zuckerberg, testified in front of Congress for its part in the Cambridge Analytics leak of information.  Would government regulation solve these problems?
