Instead of eggnog and gingerbread cookies filling our grocery stores, they may now be filling out our curves and clothes. Despite the dread of a few extra pounds, hopefully we all enjoyed this holiday season and the many delicacies associated with it. And now that we have entered the new year, let’s not be too hard on ourselves as we make resolutions for 2020. Maintaining positive body image after Christmas, however, may be easier said than done.
