Dr. David T. Baker is a professor of Educational Theory and Policy and Sociology at Penn State University College of Education. His research focuses on the impact of education on individuals and societies, international comparisons of school organization, academic outcomes and educational policies. His most recent book is "The Schooled Society: The Educational Transformation of Global Culture." D. Baker talks about intelligence and schooling and more schooling has influenced our society.
