Many people dream of being able to have the “next big idea” that will change the world. Or we think about what it would be like to move to the big city, get that fancy desk in a skyscraper, and wear the fancy suits. But is it really that special or even different from working anywhere else once you’re there? It could in fact, be even more fulfilling to start a business and look for that “next big idea” right in your very own community. Well that’s exactly what Thomas Mumford and Chris Dyer did when starting Undergrads, a student moving company. Today we are talking with them about how small businesses can benefit their communities, and why big ideas matter even in small places.
