Jeanette Bennett is the founder and editor of Utah Valley Magazine, BusinessQ, Prosper Magazine, and others. After graduating from BYU with a bachelor’s and master’s in journalism, she worked at the Deseret News and the New Era Magazine before starting her own publishing company 20 years ago. Earlier this year, Jeanette was honored in New York as one of the nation’s Top Women in Media, along with Martha Stewart. Jeanette has been named Business Leader of the Year by Utah Valley University and the Small Business of the Year by the Utah Valley Chamber of Commerce. Jeanette is a regular presenter at the Commission on the Status of Women at the United nations. She joins us to discuss how to turn your passion into a business.
