During the 100th anniversary celebrations of women’s suffrage in America last year, we learned the amazing story of the young Tennessee lawmaker who cast the deciding vote to ratify the 19th Amendment and give women the vote nationwide. Harry Burn had been leaning against voting for the amendment, but at the last minute, he got a letter from his mother that changed his mind. Burn's great-grand-nephew Tyler Boyd is the author of “Tennessee Statesman Harry T. Burn.” (Originally aired August 18th, 2020)
