Often without malice, kids can be brutal about pointing out physical flaws. When they are really young, kids’ comments are purely observational. But at what point do they start to judge others for the way they look? And as they grow older how do they let physical appearance influence the way they treat others? Here to give us her advice on teaching our kids to be body inclusive is Connie Sobczak, friend of the show and co-founder and executive director of The Body Positive.
