Ahhh, the January blues—that feeling many of us get during the short, cold days of winter when Christmas is over and the warm months seem far away. It’s during this time that we come down off our holiday high and look forward to another long year ahead of us. And on top of that, there’s less sunshine and the continuance of a global pandemic.
