
Lead in Pipes
Top of Mind with Julie Rose • Season 1, Episode 1595, Segment 5Millions of homes across the country get their water through hazardous lead pipes. Finding and removing those pipes, though, can be tricky due to incomplete records. But a team at the University of Michigan developed a smart computer program to predict which neighborhoods and households would be most likely to have them.
