Our relationship with food is an ongoing, ever-changing process. But at the root of this relationship are the habits we learned at the table as children. And as parents, we want to make sure that our kids have the best foundation to help ensure a healthy relationship with food in their adult years. However, that’s often easier said than done—especially when our kids are picky eaters or seem to have an unending sugar tooth. Luckily, there are things that we can do as parents to foster a positive mindset in regard to our kids eating habits.
