Our lives are dictated by our schedules—when we wake up, what time we have to be at work, and when we go to bed. This often means that sleep can fall by the wayside and we only get a few hours in before we wake up to the sound of our alarm clocks blaring. And despite goof sleep being the key to productivity and heart health, we often neglect it. However, since the beginning of quarantine, we’ve had an unusual opportunity to use our commute times to sleep.
