Fox News launched a late-night talk show earlier this year hosted by conservative comedian Greg Gutfeld, and it’s become the most-watched show of its kind in the country. Political satire on TV has long been left-leaning, whether it’s Saturday Night Live or The Daily Show. Why has that been the case? And what does the success of Gutfeld! on Fox tell us about the state of humor in America?
