Over the weekend, US officials disbanded a group of more than 10,000 Haitian migrants who spent a week camped under an international bridge in Texas. They were attempting to seek asylum in the United States. The Biden Administration deported a few thousand of the individuals directly back to Haiti but said the vast majority were allowed to stay in the US as they pursue their asylum claims.
