Texas Abortion Law

Many states have attempted to pass an abortion ban as strict as the one Texas just enacted. And usually, those laws are struck down by the courts before they even take effect. But the Texas law is written in a way that’s made it difficult to challenge in court—even the US Supreme Court opted not to intervene and block the law.
