We all know and love Prince’s music, but in the years leading up to his death, Prince was interested in leavin ghis mark on the world in a different way—through the written word. Prince wanted to write a book, and, after an intense vetting process he found the man he wanted to help him, Dan Piepenbring, who was chosen by Prince to be his co-writer.
