Medical Marijuana Research (13:27) Dr. Staci Gruber is director of the Cognitive and Clinical Neuroimaging Core and associate professor in the Department of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School. She is also the Director of the Marijuana Investigations for Neuroscientific Discovery, or MIND, project. Although the effects of tobacco and alcohol have been studied for several decades, where are we with marijuana research? Many states have legalized marijuana for medical use but what are the long and short-term effects? Dr. Staci Gruber explains the current status of medical marijuana research.
