Writer and composer Jamie Erekson joins Sam Payne in the studio to discuss his latest production, "The Lost Children of Hamelin", which had its premiere at Brigham Young University. The contemporary opera draws on influences from well-known stories such as the Pied Piper of Hamelin, Hansel & Gretel, and The Little Match Girl. In this interview, Sam and Jamie explore the history and conventions of operatic storytelling.
