The Matt Townsend Show - Season 3, Episode 132
- Oct 6, 2014 9:00 pm
- 1:29:33 mins
Matt and Kenneth Barish discuss children's emotions. They talk about the idea that parents may think their children act a certain way because of how they're parented. In reality, children act how they do because of certain emotions they're feeling. Kenneth recommends mending the issues between parent and child at the end of the day because this shows that it's okay to make mistakes, and it's important to apologize to others. Contributor Heather suggests holding daily family meetings. Many different ideas may be discussed including dinner ideas and weekly plans. Additionally, the family may discuss certain issues that are concerning them such as how they're getting along with siblings or what their curfew is.
