This month Michelin released their updated star ratings for New York City, adding seven new one-star restaurants to bring the city’s grand total of Michelin star-rated locations to 68. But this news begs the question, just how good is a Michelin star-rated restaurant? And is it worth the inevitably hefty price tag?
