Dealing With Screen Motion Sickness

If you feel dizzy after looking at a screen for a long time or using a virtual reality headset, you may be experiencing cybersickness. In some cases, it can include nausea, similar to motion sickness. Angelica Jasper studied how cybersickness affects people and what works to treat it.
