She is the author of over 160 refereed articles and book chapters and 16 books. Dr. Whitbourne explains the impact a name can have on a person's life and different factors to keep in mind when choosing a name for a child. How should we teach our kids to use digital media? She is a developmental behavioral pediatrician focused on low-income urban patient populations. Mobile devices have made our lives incredibly convenient. With a single click you can find out where your kids are, order groceries, or check next week’s weather. But with that convenience comes the danger of losing a sense of reality.
