It’s no secret that running regularly has many great health benefits. Study after study have shown that running consistently can lead to stronger joints, improved cardiovascular health, and even help reduce stress and improve mental health. And yet, many of us still lack the motivation to lace up our sneakers and get running in the morning. So, what can we do to be more motivated to run? Could it be that we may need a change of scenery?
