Violence and Social Media  Dr. Helen Farrell is a Board certified Psychiatrist & Forensic Psychiatrist. She is a Harvard Medical School Instructor in psychiatry and a staff psychiatrist at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston.
