With the holidays upon us, so are all of the treats and goodies that come with it. It’s easy to blow all of our fitness progress the month of December, telling ourselves we’ll get back on track at the New Year. But maybe there’s a better approach to health. Today we are talking with Annika Christensen, a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor. Her philosophy is that balance and moderation are the keys to building and maintaining a healthy relationship with exercise and food.
