Patents protecting COVID-19 vaccination manufacturers from having to share research, licensing, and, of course, profit, ultimately prevent more vaccination creation and therefore lower the vaccine rate. The Biden administration just announced its support for a proposal to lift patent restrictions on COVID-19 vaccines.
