Whales at the Opera

When we heard that Utah Opera was mounting a production of Moby Dick, we got excited about the tale behind the tale. On this episode of The Apple Seed, you’ll hear a behind-the-scenes look at bringing this incredible story to the opera stage. We’ll talk to composer Jake Heggie, librettist Gene Scheer, director Kristine McIntyre, and more.
