How Do Fathers Affect Their Daughters’ Body Image?

The way we talk about food, bodies, and weight affects how the kids around us feel about those issues. Girls, in particular, are prone to developing harmful ideas about their bodies. What can parents do –and especially fathers –to help their daughters develop healthy body image? Virginia Ramseyer Winter looked at this question and she’s on the line.
