Wings of Hope

Sexual abuse and domestic violence are among the most awful crimes committed. It leaves their victims permanently scared, and leaves them in a lengthy recover, just trying to remember the person they once were. The hardest part of this recover is the first step - opening up and seeking help. We admire those who make it easier for those to find the help we are looking for, and today we are talking with one such organization. Today we are talking with Casey Nichols, the assistant executive director of Wings of Hope, a domestic violence shelter that focuses on sexual Assault, Stalking and Domestic Violence. Wings of Hope has a 24 hour crisis line as well as a safe shelter that can serve up to ten families.
