Everybody has a loved one with a habit they just can’t stand. Maybe they’re a little lazy, easily distracted, or struggle with patience. While these things are minor, overtime they can have a negative effect on your relationship with this person. While the habit may be frustrating, the resentment you build is worse. Feelings of resentment unchecked don’t only negatively hurt us, but those we care about as well. So how can we do to combat these thoughts?
