Navajo Nation COVID Relief

This year, we’ve all become so much more aware of our health and our healthcare. But for one community, this past year has made it clear that there are serious gaps in how healthcare needs are met. The Navajo community has been one of the hardest-hit by the COVID-19 pandemic. The loss has been devastating, and re-strengthening the community has been a daunting task. But one organization is offering a light on the horizon –Navajo Strong is working to “empower the Diné by working hard to help citizens who are affected by disease, poverty, and other health disparities on the Navajo Reservation”. Today, we have the organization’s Founding Executive Director, Bud Frazier here to speak with us.
