Fascinated by the way things worked, Dr. Smalley went on to attend MIT where he earned his B.S., M.Eng, M.S., and Ph.D. degrees. Now working at BYU, Dr. Smalley continues his work in electroholography and aspires to create large, high resolution holographic, volumetric displays.
