Elaine Bradley sits down with contemporary pop singer/songwriter Ben Rector. He talks about being grounded in his family, choosing to be a good husband, and father and allowing himself to let worry and anxiety go. He performs an original song "Follow You" and a traditional hymn "Doxology." Elaine then welcomes entertainer Michelle Williams who talks about her lifelong battle with depression and her faith in Christ to sustain her through her trials and her belief that he has the power to heal her from her trauma. She performs a hymn medley and a Nigerian praise and worship anthem "Say Yes."
